Pet Travel Service

Vietnam Airlines allows its passengers to arrange travel for their pets / animal companions, cats and dogs only, on their flights. The pets / animal companions can travel inside the aircraft cabin alongside the passenger or instead must be processed as checked baggage. The animal carrier/container should not exceed the dimension of 35 x 30 x 20 centimeters. Cat/dog along with their container/carrier must not exceed 6kg in weight and should be at least 10 weeks (approximately 2 and a half months) old at the time of intended flight. Relevant health status certificates are required, and this service must be requested at least 36 hours before the departure of the flight. The P.E.T.C. service is limited to Business Class in Boeing B787 and Airbus A350. This service is chargeable.

Some breeds of cats and dog are not permitted on Vietnam Airlines.
