Pet Travel Service
Only domestic cats, guard dogs, hunting dogs and Seeing-Eye/Hearing dogs for the blind and/or deaf passengers are permitted by Saudi Airlines in the aircraft. Saudia has the right to approve or deny a request for pet travel; passengers who wish to seek approval for their pet(s)/animal companion(s) to travel by Saudi Airlines must keep all necessary paperwork at the ready.

Cancellation Service
As per the Saudia Cancellation Policy / Saudi Airlines Cancellation Policy and Saudia Refunds Policy / Saudi Airlines Refunds Policy; passengers can request cancellations and refunds in line to the following factors:
