Pet Travel Service

Philippine Airlines permits only domestic dogs, cats and birds to travel on board their aircrafts, as checked baggage; “excess baggage” charges apply subject to weight and destination.

Passengers must make note of the following conditions:

  • Passengers aged 12 or younger are not permitted to travel with animals.
  • Pet/animal companions must be 6 weeks or older at the time of flight, with all the necessary vaccinations.
  • Service/guide dogs are allowed on board only on flights to/from the U.S.A.
  • Pet travel requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure of the intended flight.
  • Airlines reserve the right to approve/deny pet travel.
