About Mandarin Airlines :

MANDARIN AIRLINES was established on June 1, 1991. Originally established by China Airlines and the Hexin Group, it was named “Huaxin” Airlines. On October 31, 1992, Hexin Group divested from Huaxin Airlines. Since then, Huaxin Airlines has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Airlines. After the merger of Huaxin Airlines and Guohua Airlines on August 8, 1999, Huaxin Airlines was transformed into an airline that operates regional international routes and domestic routes.
