Cancellation & Refund

The office of Indigo Airlines terminal at Dhaka International Airport does not facilitate requests of cancellations and / or refunds of tickets issued by third party travel agencies / websites / agents. A fee is applicable for canceling reservations for an international flight; for domestic flights, passengers are entitled to a complete refund if the date of departure of flight is 7 days or more from the date of booking and it is done within 24 hours of making the flight booking. All cancellations and refunds are subject to IndiGo Airlines Cancellation Policy.

Baggage Allowance

The carry-on baggage allowance is set standard for both international and domestic flights; Passengers should ensure that the dimensions of their cabin baggage must not exceed a linear dimension of 55cm x 35cm x 25cm and weigh less than or equal to 7Kg. The checked baggage allowance varies depending on whether it is an international or domestic flight, but a standard regulation is implemented for checked baggage on both flight types – the linear dimensions of checked baggage should be less than or equal to 158cm (62 inches)[Length + Width + Height]. The free baggage allowance is as follows:

• Domestic Flights – Passengers are permitted free checked baggage allowance of up to 15Kg, 1 piece of baggage only; in case of Double / MultiSeats reservations, an additional 10Kg is provided.
• International Flights
  • Bangkok, Kathmandu, Male, Dhaka – Checked baggage allowance of up to 20Kg (2 pieces) is given.
  • Dhaka – Checked baggage allowance of up to 30Kg (2 pieces) is given.
  • Dhaka, Bahrain, Dhaka, Dhaka, Dhaka, Dhaka, Hong Kong, Dhaka, Dhaka, Dhaka, Dhaka, Dhaka, Yangon, Dhaka, Dhaka, Singapore, Dhaka, Ho Chi Minh City – Checked baggage allowance of up to 30Kg (2 pieces) is given.
  • India to Dhaka – Checked baggage allowance of up to 23Kg is given.
